Client relationship has always being my forte. Maintaining long-term relationship is an art. You can always learn the tricks of the trade but you can only perfect your skills at work. The difficulty lies in understanding people. People have different and often contradictory nature. A generalized plan thus can never be successful. In my experience of over five years, I have learnt that you can never take clients for granted. Understanding the mentality of each client and then pleasing him or her or correcting him or her diplomatically is the key to success in HR.
